We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multifamily and/or commercial mechanical construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
