LMK Recruiting is hiring a results-driven District Manager to lead and support 4–6 branch locations. In this critical field leadership role, you'll be responsible for aligning operational execution with strategic goals, ensuring excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Acting as a vital link between corporate vision and branch-level operations, you will champion consistency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
- Own branch operations, profitability, and customer retention.
- Ensure process adherence, safety compliance, and service quality.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., Domo, FieldRoutes) drive corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct field audits, evaluations, and ride-alongs to enforce standards.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop Branch and Assistant Branch Managers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and development planning.
- Identify and mentor future leaders; build succession plans.
- Champion core cultural values and leadership behaviors.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure consistent service execution for high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalations and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Align with Sales and Customer Success for smooth growth transitions.
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage branch P&Ls, controlling labor, materials, and overhead.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and spend analysis.
- Lead monthly/quarterly reviews focused on margins and KPIs.
Leadership Expectations
- Maintain visible leadership via weekly market visits and field coaching.
- Promote accountability, consistency, and recognition across branches.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and monthly District Business Reviews with clear action plans.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of progressive leadership in pest control, HVAC, or similar home service operations.
· Demonstrated success managing multi-branch or multi-region field operations.
· Proven track record improving P&L performance, retention, and service quality.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Experience with operational technology (e.g., FieldRoutes, Domo).
· Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
Compensation
· Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
· Incentives: Based on branch performance, profitability, and retention metrics
· Target OTE: Competitive with industry benchmarks
