As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our projects.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing commercial and high-rise HVAC projects from planning through completion. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical contracting and strong organizational skills to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multiple HVAC projects across the 5 boroughs.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Support quality control and safety compliance on site.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial and high-rise HVAC projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple sites in the 5 boroughs.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
