We are a mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and high-rise HVAC projects across New York City. Our focus is on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive our projects to success.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial and high-rise HVAC projects from inception to completion. You will manage all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple HVAC projects across the 5 boroughs.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing commercial and high-rise HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across NYC.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
