🔧 We’re Hiring: National Maintenance Manager (Cannabis Industry)

Are you an experienced facilities leader with a passion for building scalable systems and driving operational excellence? Our client, a leading cannabis edibles company, is seeking a National Maintenance Manager to oversee its network of facilities across multiple states. This is a unique opportunity to lead preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and sustainability initiatives at one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop and oversee a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure smooth facility and equipment operations

✔ Lead preventive maintenance programs that maximize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime

✔ Partner with automation and engineering teams to support new equipment installations and maintenance strategies

✔ Manage capital projects including renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades

✔ Leverage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for maintenance tracking and optimization

✔ Ensure safety compliance across all sites, conducting inspections and implementing improvements

✔ Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and project management timelines

✔ Manage department budgets, including maintenance costs and capital expenditures

✔ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align facility operations with business goals

✔ Lead, coach, and develop a team of facilities professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of multi-site facilities management or construction program experience

🔹 Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), construction operations, and compliance

🔹 Experience managing capital projects, vendors, and budgets

🔹 Proficiency with MS Office and facility/engineering software (floor planning, CMMS preferred)

🔹 Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

🔹 Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

🔹 Comfortable working in varied environments (noise, temperature changes, airborne particles)

🔹 Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion tasks when required

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $115,000–$130,000, plus vacation and benefits.
