We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Chief Estimator to lead estimating operations for large commercial mechanical projects. This role oversees the entire estimating team, manages bids, and drives strategic decisions to secure high-value contracts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in mechanical construction estimating, team leadership, and large-scale project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of estimators for commercial mechanical construction projects
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Analyze project plans, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with project managers, executives, and clients to support bid strategy
Implement best practices to improve estimating efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

Extensive experience estimating large commercial mechanical construction projects
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proven success managing estimating teams and multimillion-dollar projects
