Director of HVAC Services :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and grow our Residential HVAC Services division. Operating across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee, we are a rapidly growing company focused on delivering top-tier HVAC solutions to the residential new construction market. This role will report to the General Manager and is responsible for leading all aspects of the HVAC service operations—including customer satisfaction, team management, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HVAC Service department, including scheduling, technician performance, customer service, and field operations.
- Oversee all HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and repair activities with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure technicians are trained, equipped, and performing to company standards and customer expectations.
- Foster strong customer relationships by proactively resolving issues and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Drive revenue growth and manage the division’s P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and project teams to align strategy and improve customer service delivery.
- Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize performance and operational efficiency (e.g., CRM and field service tools).
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support the development and career growth of field leaders, project managers, and technicians.
- Proactively manage collections and customer payments to ensure positive cash flow and customer communication.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC, residential construction, or field services, with proven P&L ownership.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC operations, installation, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with field service platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan) and data-driven performance management tools.
