Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive new business growth in commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC markets. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tailored HVAC solutions, and achieving sales targets through strategic prospecting and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers to secure new accounts.
- Create and present customized proposals for service repairs, retrofits, energy-efficient solutions, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Analyze project specifications to design solutions that meet client needs and comply with industry standards.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
- Prepare accurate bids, negotiate contracts, and close deals while maintaining profitable margins.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and project feasibility.
Requirements and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
