The Mechanical(HVAC) Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing the design of basic to high complexity HVAC and Plumbing systems for large scale Healthcare, Education and Commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Create, establish and support client relationships and lead project and technical delivery opportunities in the MEP/Facilities market
- Manage and lead the design of HVAC and Plumbing systems including: mechanical, geothermal heating and cooling systems
- Collaborate with business development team to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests
- Review draft proposals in adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations
- Mentor and manage junior staff and develop them for future growth within the discipline
Qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience
- PE License is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Architectural or related field of study
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, AutoCAD
