Our equipment is essential to powering next-generation data centers and delivering energy efficiency to ESCO and commercial environments. As we scale aggressively, we’re seeking a Sales Director to spearhead business development and lead strategic growth initiatives across North America.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a senior sales professional with a proven track record in capital equipment or industrial machinery sales, particularly within technically complex or engineered solution environments.
Your Mission:
- Own the go-to-market strategy for our heat transfer solutions in the data center and ESCO segments.
- Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, from opportunity identification through to contract close.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with facility operators, ESCOs, MEP contractors, and consulting engineers.
- Uncover new verticals and project opportunities for heat exchangers, cooling systems, and thermal energy solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Develop and mentor a small team of regional account managers as the business grows.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business, or related field.
- 8–15 years of B2B sales experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment, HVAC, or thermal systems.
- Demonstrated success in new business development, account penetration, and long-cycle sales.
- Familiarity with selling into data centers, energy infrastructure, utilities, or ESCO markets.
- Comfortable navigating both commercial and technical decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Travel flexibility across North America (30–40%).
