About AAPC

We specialize in zoning, space planning, and architectural solutions for commercial and mixed-use properties, with a focus on NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and agency approvals. • Prepare mechanical drawings and documentation for DOB filings, including equipment layouts, energy analysis, and all required calculations
• Coordinate with architectural and expediting teams to produce fully code-compliant coordinated filing and construction sets
• Review and respond to plan examiner objections and agency comments as well as adjust design based on building and client requirements.
• Perform site visits to verify existing systems and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with external and internal consultants, contractors, and vendors based on projects
• Contribute to and develop internal standards, workflows, and system improvements for mechanical design integration
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality control and deadlines
