Due to growth, we are seeking experienced HVAC Installers for the Houston area.

Our Installers are responsible for installing residential and/or commercial systems on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will also be responsible for suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. to current customers.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years HVAC service/installation experience preferred
- Preferred knowledge of duct systems, airflow balancing, mini splits and Texas building codes
- NATE and NCI certifications preferred, but not necessary
- Must have trade required tools as well as protect and maintain the tools and equipment the company does provide
- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends, holiday and on-call
- Self-starter with great time-management and the ability to work with little supervision
- Stable employment history a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Person-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be professional and clean in appearance
- Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
