What You'll DoAs a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. In this role, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment and systems.
- Perform field service calls at commercial properties throughout the Dallas area.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to restore system performance.
- Service air conditioning equipment and replace HVAC components as needed.
- Complete preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Assist with general property maintenance responsibilities when required.
- Travel between job sites using a company-provided vehicle.
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems and components.
- EPA Certification required.
- Air-cooled chiller experience is a plus.
- Welding and basic electrical experience are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
