New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
As a Regional Commercial HVAC Specialist at Accela Healthcare, you will be responsible for maintaining critical HVAC systems that keep our residents comfortable and our facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience servicing: rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, chillers (preferred), exhaust and make-up air systems
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights
- Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary
