Service Sales Manager, Building Management Systems (BMS)
Location: Bay Area, CA Compensation: 250,000 to 300,000 total comp (base plus 30 to 40% of salary performance bonus) Industry: Building Automation, Energy Solutions, HVAC Controls

This is a high impact leadership role managing a seasoned Service Sales team, with direct influence over strategy, growth, and customer satisfaction, all while reporting directly to the CEO in a flat, nimble organization.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a high performing team of 5 to 6 Service Sales professionals, each averaging 15 years of controls experience.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.
Conduct ride alongs and one on one coaching to support team development and elevate sales performance.
Collaborate with internal departments to create new or enhance existing service offerings.
Work closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the CEO, to shape and execute sales initiatives without the bottlenecks of a large corporate hierarchy.
Support a people first, mission driven culture focused on innovation and long term customer partnerships.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in service sales leadership within the building automation, HVAC controls, or energy management space.
Strong ability to coach and inspire tenured professionals.
Strategic thinker with a hands on, collaborative leadership style.
Familiarity with BMS platforms (e.g., Alerton, Tridium, Delta Controls) is a plus.
Bay Area market knowledge preferred.
