Johnson Supply, dba Johnson HVAC Distribution, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to grow an established residential and commercial HVACR territory in the Bryan-College Station market. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts.
What we are looking for:
· Outside Sales Experience (HVAC and/or refrigeration distribution experience preferred)
· Strong relationship builder who can also develop new business
· Self-starter who takes ownership of a territory
· Sales Professional who thinks strategically with the ability to analyze customer needs and market trends.
