We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Residential Service Technician who knows how to fix and maintain heating and cooling systems the right way—with integrity, professionalism, and clear communication. This role is not for HVAC "salespeople" who rely on pressure tactics or manipulation to hit quotas. It’s for real technicians who take pride in doing honest work and delivering real solutions.
At our company, we believe the future of HVAC is built on trust, craftsmanship, and transparency. Homeowners deserve clear answers, real repairs, and a no-pressure experience—and that’s exactly what we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, etc.)
- Perform maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues, options, and realistic outcomes
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Maintain a clean work environment and a respectful presence in the customer's home
- Keep up with ongoing training and changes in the industry
- Support company culture centered around integrity, growth, and team collaboration
Who You Are
- A skilled HVAC technician with solid hands-on experience in the field
- Great at explaining technical problems and solutions in plain language
- Professional, respectful, and reliable
- Honest—you're the kind of tech who fixes the real problem, not someone looking to upsell something unnecessary
- You value doing things the right way, even when no one is watching
- EPA certified (required); NATE certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill
- Year-round, steady work
- No-pressure sales culture—we care more about doing the right thing than making a quota
- A supportive team that values your work and input
- Training and development opportunities
- Health benefits, paid time off, and more
If you’re a technician who’s tired of being pushed to “sell” and ready to get back to fixing systems, helping people, and being proud of your work—this is the place for you.
