Our client is a growing residential construction services organization and is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead HVAC operations in the Greenville market.
This is a leadership opportunity for an operationally strong manager who has successfully led teams within the single-family residential new construction HVAC industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational performance, strengthening customer relationships, developing employees, and driving growth within the market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading an operation rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
Key Responsibilitie
- Lead day-to-day HVAC operations for a residential new construction division.
- Drive operational excellence, accountability, and overall business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing processes, systems, and team structure to identify opportunities for improvement
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain office and field personnel.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Create a culture focused on customer service, safety, teamwork, and results.

Required Qualifications
- MUST have experience in Single-Family Residential New Construction HVAC.
- Proven leadership experience managing HVAC operations, business units, branches, or divisions.
- Strong understanding of residential production building and builder relationships.
- Experience leading office staff, field teams, and operational managers.
- Demonstrated success improving performance, solving operational challenges, and driving results.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and profitability management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
