In this role, you’ll turn trusted relationships into new opportunities, whether that’s service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, system upgrades, or emergency repair work.

You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to identify opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue while ensuring high quality service execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Industrial HVAC (Sales or Field/Operations)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation processes, and service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated mindset with a passion for helping customers.
- Proficiency with computers - specifically CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft programs
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
