Position: Commercial Plumbing Estimator
Schedule: In Person, Monday through Friday, 40–45 hours weekly (flexible based on workload and bid deadlines)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial plumbing projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform detailed takeoffs for piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams during handoff
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
- Maintain organized bid files and documentation
- Track bid results and adjust estimating strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5–7 years of commercial plumbing experience (field or estimating)
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction practices
- Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
