We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Central Illinois territories. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of a reputable company. Assigned Territory
- Springfield, Quincy, Peoria, Bloomington, and Champaign, Illinois
- Daily travel through assigned territory
- Company vehicle provided
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct reports, contractors, and distributors.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
