Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an excellent on-site position located near the Bryan, OH area. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee maintenance operations with a team of 4 direct reports
- Ensure reliability, availability, and safety of plant equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Identify/eliminate chronic failures; lead root cause analysis.
- Plan/schedule maintenance to minimize production disruption.
- Manage spare parts inventory and equipment history.
- Oversee facility systems (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water/utilities).
- Enforce safety, LOTO, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and train maintenance team; assign priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in uptime, costs, and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate’s degree in industrial/technology field or 8-12 years industrial maintenance experience. Military technical/school training also considered.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance; mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in preventive/predictive strategies, CMMS, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of MS Office and utilizing systems to track maintenance and reporting
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory, PM's, and team leadership, with prior supervisory or management experience.
- Preferred: CMRP, CRL, OSHA 30-hour certifications.
