The Opportunity
Due to our continued success in securing large-scale and complex projects, we are now looking for an experienced
Senior HVAC Engineer to join our growing Bangalore office.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time for our India business. We have proudly reached a milestone of
200 talented professionals in Bangalore — a testament to our sustained growth, strong leadership, and the collaborative spirit that defines our multi-discipline teams.
Since establishing our presence in India in 2010, the Bangalore office has evolved into a centre of excellence, supporting major international Life Sciences projects through integrated, multi-office execution. Responsibilities
Your day to day role would involve the following activities:
- All aspects of HVAC design and management
- Developing design briefs
- A proven experience systems design
- Load and system calculations
- HVAC system modelling
- Hydraulic analysis of air and water systems
- Conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems
- Development of system schematics through all design stages
- Production of engineering designs, drawings, and documents.Specification writing
- Building Management Systems – development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design
Qualifications
- Primary degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have 15+ years of design experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical / Data centre Projects
- Ability to work in teams is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
