About Your Role
The role is for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of the maintenance division and help drive it to the next level.
This is more than an operational role — it’s an opportunity to shape a department, grow a team, and play a key part in the company’s continued success. You’ll have real influence across service delivery, client relationships, and commercial performance.
- Leading the day-to-day running of the maintenance department
- Managing PPM contracts and reactive works to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Supporting HVAC installation projects to ensure quality, timing, and budget targets are met
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Taking ownership of pricing, tenders, and winning new business
- Developing and leading a high-performing team
- Monitoring performance, KPIs, and overall profitability
What Skills You Need
- Strong experience (5-10 years), in a senior maintenance or HVAC/mechanical role within facilities.
- A solid track record managing PPM and reactive maintenance
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and grow a team
- Commercial awareness, with experience in pricing, sales, or business development
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Understanding of health & safety and compliance (including F-Gas)
