SUMMARY:
POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician with proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
Required Experience
Installation
- Split DX systems (mid-wall, cassette, under-ceiling, ducted)
- DX units: console, rooftop, floor-standing, window
- Refrigeration, PEX, condensate & PVC drainage piping
- Air conditioning & ventilation ducting, fans, diffusers & grilles
- VRV
Pumps
- Chilled water, condenser water & condensate pumps
Maintenance & Repairs
- Chilled water systems (2-way & 3-way)
- Condenser water systems & cooling towers
- Chillers, DX units, pumps & ventilation systems
- Electrical & control circuits
- VRV
Components
- Compressors, expansion valves, coils, fans, motors, pumps
- Valves, solenoids, filters, belts, bearings, thermostats
- Electrical components & switchgear
Other Duties
- Preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, pressure/amp checks)
- Client liaison
- Unit relocation (pump-down)
- Operating BMS and setting system set points
