This multifaceted role oversees both facilities operations and patient transportation services to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for staff and patients.

Facilities Management
Maintenance Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
Safety and Security:
Implement and maintain safety protocols, emergency response plans, and security measures to create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Space Planning:
Collaborate with department leaders to optimize facility layout and space utilization, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory standards.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the facilities budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities that maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Staff Planning and Management:
Create daily schedules for the facilities team, assigning duties based on organizational needs and ensuring balanced workload distribution.
Patient Transportation Operations
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee transportation logistics for patient transfers, ensuring timely and efficient movement between facilities and appointments.
Fleet Management:
Manage the maintenance, scheduling, and readiness of transportation vehicles to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Staff Training:
Train and supervise transportation staff to maintain high standards of professionalism, patient care, and safety procedures.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to patient transportation services.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve transportation processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management, operations, logistics, or transportation leadership.
