In this position, you’ll prepare detailed estimates for plan/spec and design-build projects, analyze construction documents, and collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility. The Role:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope and specifications
* Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and project requirements to determine materials, labor, and time estimates
* Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
The Person:
* HVAC estimating experience with proven accuracy and knowledge of industry best practices
* Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, local codes, and estimating software
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
