🔧 The Role
The Regional Manager & Sales Executive will drive growth, build long-term strategic relationships, and expand market presence. This is more than just sales — it’s about creating multi-year partnerships with top-tier customers and delivering technical solutions that make a real difference.
The role spans the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — while working closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure customer success. It is ideal for an “Account Manager” type professional who thrives on consultative selling, relationship building, and growing revenue through both direct engagement and management of reps/distributors.
👔 Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Direct account responsibilities.
- Strategic account management at the top tier.
- Oversight and management of manufacturer rep organizations.
- Territory/account management focus rather than pure “hunter” new business.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle using professional, consultative sales methods.
- Travel within assigned regions of the US and Canada to meet customers and achieve objectives.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, deliver technical presentations, qualify projects, and manage the sales funnel/forecast.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive decision-makers.
- Consistently meet/exceed revenue quotas and maintain a 5:1 pipeline-to-quota ratio.
- Record daily activities in CRM and company-provided systems.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align with customer requirements.
- Partner with sales management and marketing to identify trends and shape new product growth.

📚 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven technical sales experience, ideally in motor applications.
- Track record of selling to engineering, procurement, and executive decision-makers.
- History of exceeding revenue quotas and KPI targets.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and SAP.
- Ability to interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications.
