As an HVAC Service & Sales Manager, you will lead our residential HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Sales team. You’ll oversee the entire pre-install lifecycle, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure our team consistently hits their marks using our proven Harts service process.

What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach the HVAC sales, service and maintenance team to ensure they live our core values and exceed metric targets.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and enforce Harts’ proven sales process; conduct ride-alongs to provide real-time field coaching.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate with dispatch, install managers, and CSRs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting during service visits and ensure proper equipment sizing.
- Administrative Oversight: Review invoices, timecards, and curbside feedback while participating in leadership strategy meetings.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership, 2 years in Residential HVAC
- Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HVAC systems, maintenance, and residential sales cycles.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking, and forecasting.
