Total Air is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team. The person in this role will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations including sales, installation and service and play a key role in developing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth daily operation of our growing organization to help us reach the next level.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Oversee daily HVAC operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Work closely with department managers to guarantee compliance with regulatory codes and performance standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and metrics, and review for improvement opportunities
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams through department managers
- Serve as both a mentor to our installation crews, field service, and preventive maintenance technicians, and as a brand ambassador for our clients
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements
- Ensure the branch complies with health and safety regulations
