- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment.
- Install, service, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management.
