A rapidly growing home improvement and specialty construction company ranked among the Top 500 Specialty Construction Firms in the U.S. is seeking a Regional Director of Sales in the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. This leadership role oversees multiple Southern California branches and drives revenue through high-performing sales teams specializing in attic, crawl space, HVAC, and roofing solutions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Director of Sales position include:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in construction or home improvement industries such as roofing, attics, crawl spaces, HVAC, kitchens, flooring, or similar large-scale residential services
- Lead and oversee multiple branches across Southern California, managing approximately 7–15 Project Managers and Inspectors
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales teams, improving closing ratios, performance, and accountability
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and CRM data to track sales performance and drive strategic improvements
- Work closely with marketing, call center, and operations teams to convert inbound leads into revenue opportunities
- Review proposals, pricing, discounts, and financing documentation while supporting Project Managers in closing deals
- Travel regularly to regional branches throughout Sothern California
- Utilize CRM and reporting systems to manage leads, track performance metrics, and coordinate sales operations
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
