Our client is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager. to lead day-to-day HVAC manufacturing execution. The position reports directly to the site leader and plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development performance.
Your Role:
- Full responsibility for multiple shift manufacturing operations
- Lead a large production team - 200 employees (fabrication and assembly)
