Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a sports and entertainment company to hire a Mechanical Systems Technical Manager (Facilities), in the Philadelphia Metro area.
Your new role
The job duties of the Mechanical Systems Technical Manager will include, among others:
- Oversight of maintenance related to chillers, towers and mechanical systems
- Manage Preventive Maintenance activities, diagnose and resolve any mechanical/electrical issues
- Maintain all mechanical systems and equipment related to refrigeration (both indoor and outdoor)
- Work with 3rd party vendors if needed
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Strong knowledge/experience with HVAC and Refrigeration
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Good pulse in safety, and ability to communicate with stakeholders and customers
- ***Position will require travel to local sites and may have some on-call duties as needed***
