Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Manager II
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)
1st shift 7 am – 4pm must be open to flexible shifts and overtime.
Maintenance & Reliability Leadership
-Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
-Design and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to improve asset uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
-Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs using CMMS and advanced diagnostic tools.
-Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to address chronic equipment issues.
Plant Engineering & Capital Projects
-Provide engineering leadership for plant utilities, infrastructure, and equipment systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and water treatment.
-Lead the design, specification, and implementation of capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, reliability, and operational goals.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions that improve process efficiency, energy usage, and equipment maintainability.
-Manage engineering documentation, including P&IDs, equipment drawings, and utility schematics.
Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement
-Align maintenance and reliability goals with production, quality, safety, and training objectives.
-Lead plant-wide initiatives using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Education/Training/Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment. (Food or CPG experience preferred).
-Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, as well as plant utilities and infrastructure.
-Proven experience implementing RCM, TPM and other reliability frameworks.
-Proficiency with CMMS/EAM platforms and reliability analytics tools.
-Demonstrated success in capital planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
