Lead HVAC Engineer to lead a team responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of complex climate control & ventilation systems for a massive new nuclear facility on an exciting new project in Oak Ridge, TN. This person will serve as the technical authority on HVAC systems & review design deliverables, oversee and coordinate HVAC engineering work performed by the EPC contractor, and ensure all HVAC design and construction activities comply with applicable codes and standards. Requirements: BSc Mechanical Engineering or related 3-7 years experience Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, standards, and calculation software Understanding of building automation systems Knowledge of relevant codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, NRC/DOE reqs) Preferred: Masters degree or higher PE license Prior experience in nuclear industry
