Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay Rate: $22.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours may vary; some weekends required Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Kearney, NE. This is a hands-on role for someone skilled in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and resolve system issues
- Replace or upgrade system components as needed
- Maintain service and refrigerant records
- Consult with customers on system performance, recommendations and solutions
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC experience required (on-the-job training or prior field experience)
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and controls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
