What You’ll Do
- Oversee technician performance on every job to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings focused on residential trends, channel performance, and technician success.
- Collaborate with technicians to design effective residential HVAC system solutions.
- Drive the communication of seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs, including gross close rate and average ticket size.
- Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone.
- Coach and review technician sales performance on a bi-monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and accurate job reporting.
- Provide real-time support and scheduling leadership.
- Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of proven success in HVAC sales, specifically in residential consumer environments.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with verifiable performance metrics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Experience with technician coaching and performance reviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email tools, and CRM technology.
- Preferred: 2+ years of team leadership or training experience.
- Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceTitan software.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer.
- Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver’s license.
