What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential & commercial) Perform routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA safety standards Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution Mentor junior technicians and support team development What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems Ability to read schematics and blueprints EPA Universal Certification preferred Refrigeration experience is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Must provide own tools and appropriate workwear Clean driving record (Company truck provided) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $22.00 - $35.00/hour or $44,000 - $70,000/year (based on experience) Quarterly performance bonuses & commission pay Overtime opportunities Paid time off (PTO) & holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Company truck provided Career advancement opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday (Day Shift) On-call rotation, occasional weekends & overtime Why A Stepping Stone, Inc?
