Key Responsibilities- You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring systems run efficiently and safely
- Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Installation: Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls according to codes and specifications
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal system checks
- Communication: Communicate clearly with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling
- Documentation: Complete work orders and time logs accurately
- Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all protocols
Qualifications- Experience: 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Certification: Valid EPA Certification required
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and accountability
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
