THE ROLE
The General Manager will act as the CEO of the business, with full responsibility for performance, culture, and growth.

- Full P&L ownership (revenue, margins, EBITDA)
- Oversight of day-to-day residential HVAC operations
- Driving performance through KPIs, metrics, and operational discipline
- Leading, developing, and engaging frontline and management teams
- Representing the business with customers and within the local market

YOUR BACKGROUND
Ideal candidates will bring:
GM, Operations Leader, or senior #2 experience in residential services
Background in HVAC (plumbing or electrical exposure advantageous)
Proven P&L accountability
Experience operating against budgets and performance targets
Strong command of metrics, KPIs, and operational data
Exposure to growth-oriented or investor-backed environments
Familiarity with modern field service systems (e.g., ServiceTitan)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
Bonus: $35,000 – $50,000
Majority tied to local EBITDA performance
