full-time HVAC Branch Manager to oversee our Cincinnati branch, managing operations in Cincinnati, Dayton, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC-R experience
- HVAC Journeyman with extensive refrigeration experience
- Experience training technicians
- Ability to provide over-the-phone and on-site tech support
- Expert-level field technician skills
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with the excitement of overtime and on-call opportunities, including some weekend and evening work as needed. Because we are a 24/7 service company, your leadership will help ensure our clients always have the support they need.
As an HVAC Branch Manager, you will begin your day by dispatching directly from your home, ready to oversee service operations across Cincinnati, Dayton, Kentucky, and Indiana. You will own weekly revenue and gross profit targets, reviewing performance data and making critical decisions to keep the branch on track. Your day will involve actively managing technicians, providing both in-person and over-the-phone technical support, and ensuring that service quality and labor efficiency remain top priorities. You will coach and develop your team, identify training needs, and step in to resolve any efficiency or quality challenges as they arise. By following up on opportunities and removing obstacles that slow down progress, you will drive business growth and maintain clear communication and accountability with your team. Occasional travel will be part of your role as you ensure every technician under your leadership is set up for success.
