Pay and Career Growth
We offer a clear, skill-based installer career ladder. Advancement is based on what you know and how you perform, not how long you wait.
- Apprentice Installer: $18 to $20 per hour
- Secondary Installer: $20 to $28 per hour
- Lead Installer: $28 to $35 per hour
- Senior Lead Installer: $35 to $40 per hour
- Field Supervisor: $40 to $45 per hour
Promotions happen as skills are mastered and expectations are met.

What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems and change-outs
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and Aspire quality expectations
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Mentor helpers or apprentices as needed
- Represent Aspire with pride and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC installation experience at any level
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship and a team-first mindset
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
