Key Responsibilities -Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems -Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment -Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency -Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and wiring -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations -Maintain accurate service records and work orders -Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations -Respond to emergency service calls as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship is preferred but not required Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid drivers license and clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing Work Environment Residential, commercial, and/or industrial job sites Exposure to heat, cold, electrical components, and mechanical equipment Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
