What You’ll Do (for Real)
(Responsibilities grow with experience and training)
Technical Work & Learning
- Assist with and perform HVAC installations, service, and maintenance
- Learn proper diagnostics and troubleshooting — including the “weird stuff”
- Install and service high-efficiency HVAC systems and geothermal equipment, as well as traditional and legacy equipment
- Follow Monarch’s quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site and vehicles
Team & Customer Interaction
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and customers
- Ask questions when unsure and learn from experienced technicians
- Represent Monarch professionally in customers’ homes and in public
- Work closely with the office and operations team to keep jobs running smoothly
Process & Growth
- Follow established procedures and help improve them as you grow
- Accurately document work and job details
- Learn modern HVAC technology and sustainable solutions
- Build technical confidence over time through hands-on experience and training

No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right person.
Qualifications
- HVAC experience is not required
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
- Willingness to learn is required
- HVAC schooling or prior experience is a plus
- High-efficiency or geothermal experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
