Seven Executive has been retained to appoint a Territory Sales Manager in Sarasota, Florida on behalf of a well-established, multi-billion-dollar HVAC and Plumbing wholesale distribution business operating across North America.
The company combines the stability and resources of a large organization with the autonomy of a decentralized structure. Each location manages its own P&L, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking, quick decision-making, and a strong sense of ownership at a local level.
The Role
This position will focus on expanding a newer but well-supported location within the business. You will be responsible for selling directly into residential and commercial HVAC contractors across Sarasota and the wider Florida market. With OEM partnerships and infrastructure already in place, the role is very much a plug-and-play environment with established relationships and strong potential to win key accounts.
You will join a small but capable team and be given the freedom to shape your territory, develop lasting contractor relationships, and drive growth in one of the most active HVAC markets in the country.
What You’ll Need
A background in HVAC services, HVAC distribution, or meaningful experience working within the HVAC industry is essential. This ensures you can speak the language of contractors, understand the market, and build credibility quickly.
