Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our St. Petersburg location. This role is ideal for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing a successful team, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics
- Mentor and develop a high-performing inside sales and warehouse team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with HVAC contractors and partners
- Implement company initiatives and strategies to drive growth and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and financial procedures
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set goals and monitor KPIs
- Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and product merchandising
- Represent the American Standard and Mitsubishi brands with professionalism and expertise
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of branch management or leadership experience in HVAC distribution or a related industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and supply chain operations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with inventory management and ERP/CRM software systems
- Strong customer service orientation and business acumen
