What You’ll Do
As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Comfort Advisors to deliver exceptional results. This is a leadership role with real impact—your work directly fuels Mercurio’s growth, customer experience, and market reputation.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Comfort Advisor team to achieve revenue and conversion targets
- Manage daily KPIs, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics
- Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless hand-offs and exceptional customer experience
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and ride-alongs
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and processes to maximize lead conversion
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent as the team grows
- Champion TurnPoint’s “People-First” and “Win the Day” culture
What You Bring
We’re looking for a leader who is both data-driven and people-driven—someone who can inspire a team, build a winning culture, and drive operational excellence.
- 3+ years of HVAC, home-services, or in-home sales leadership experience
- Proven success in coaching and scaling a high-performing sales team
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and operational alignment
- Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and purpose
- Excellent communication and customer-experience mindset
- High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing, always
