This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational performance and building scalable infrastructure across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines.
General Manager – Home Services
Location: Greenville, SC Metro Area (On-site)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000–140,000 [Comp flexible, based upon candidate needs]
- Bonus: Up to 50% total
- Equity: Included and payable upon liquidation event.
- Relocation: Available (mix of temporary living support and relocation stipend)

Who You Are
- In-Home Services Operator: You’ve led teams in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related home services category
- Operational Leader: You know how to run the full P&L, drive install efficiency, manage seasonality, and scale operations
- Manager-of-Managers: You’ve directly led 5–7 department heads across service and administrative functions
- Builder & Stabilizer: You’ve implemented systems, KPIs, and processes to restore and scale performance
- Growth-Oriented: You’ve expanded revenue - not just maintained the status quo
- Talent Developer: You’ve built leadership benches and promoted from within
- Financially Fluent: You make decisions based on gross margin, labor efficiency, and EBITDA impact
