A global manufacturer of engineered electrical and electromechanical solutions is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive growth across the appliance and HVAC markets. This person will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution across North America, with global collaboration in Asia and EMEA.
You will lead a strong team responsible for a large, established revenue base while building new customer relationships and deepening partnerships with major OEMs. The focus is on profitable, sustainable growth and continuing to evolve how the company goes to market in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
This role requires frequent interaction with customers and regional teams, with travel expected to be around 40 to 50 percent. The ideal background includes extensive leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial components such as sensors, motors, controls, wire harnesses, or related products. You should be comfortable with long cycle B2B sales, enjoy developing teams, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
